Help
Print from your phone or computer, then pick up and pay at the front desk. Start printing
How it works
- Upload your files at printfromhere.com. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, photos and text files all work.
- Choose your options for each file: number of copies, single- or double-sided, and which pages.
- Check the preview. It shows exactly what will print, in black and white.
- Enter your name and email, review your job, and tap Send to library.
- Get your pickup code. It's shown on screen and emailed to you.
- Pick up at the front desk. See below.
Picking up your prints
- Come to the front desk at .
- Give staff your name and your 6-digit pickup code. If you don't have the code handy, your email address works too.
- Pay the total shown in your email.
- Staff print your job right then, and hand it to you.
Pick up by the date in your email. Jobs are held for hours, not counting days the library is closed. After that, they're deleted and you'd need to send them again.
Library hours:
Nothing prints until you're at the desk, so your pages never sit in a tray for someone else to find.
Prices and limits

- Up to files per job, MB each.
- Documents over pages can still be sent, but staff need to approve them at the desk.
- Up to jobs can wait for pickup under one email address.
Printing from other apps
If a file won't upload, or shows as greyed out, save it as a PDF first and upload the PDF. Here's how in common apps.
Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides
Easiest: tap Choose from Google Drive on the print page, sign in with Google, and pick your files. Google Docs, Sheets and Slides are turned into PDFs for you. This site can only see the files you pick.
- Start with "All files": every file in one list, newest first. Use the search box at the top to find a file by name, so you don't need to open folders.
- Seeing a message about cookies? Some browsers, like Firefox and Safari, block Google's sign-in inside other websites. Either allow cookies for this site (in Firefox, tap the shield icon in the address bar and turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for printfromhere.com), try Chrome, or use one of the other ways below.
If that doesn't work for you, make a PDF copy yourself and upload it:
- Android app: open the file, tap โฎ โ Share & export โ Save as, choose PDF, then tap OK. The PDF is saved to your Drive. Upload it from Drive when choosing files.
- iPhone or iPad app: open the file, tap โฏ โ Share & export โ Send a copy, choose PDF, then Save to Files. Upload it from Browse.
- Computer: in the file, choose File โ Download โ PDF Document (.pdf), then upload it from your Downloads folder.
iPhone, iPad and iCloud Drive
- Tap Choose files to print, then Choose File or Browse, and pick iCloud Drive or On My iPhone. For pictures, choose Photo Library.
- Pages, Numbers and Keynote: open the file, tap โฏ โ Export โ PDF, then Save to Files, and upload that PDF. On a Mac, use File โ Export To โ PDF.
- If Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox doesn't appear under Browse, tap โฏ โ Edit and turn it on. The app has to be installed.
Android phones
- Tap Choose files to print. Pick Files, Downloads, Photos or Drive. Tap โฐ to see all the places you can choose from.
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint files upload as they are. Just choose them.
- From OneDrive on a phone, pick the file through Browse (iPhone) or โฐ โ OneDrive (Android). If it's greyed out, open it in the Office app and use โฏ โ Save a copy or Export โ PDF.
- Excel: the sheet that was open when the file was last saved is the one that prints. Wide sheets are shrunk to fit the page width.
Email attachments
- Save the attachment to your phone or computer first (on iPhone: Save to Files; on Android: the download icon), then upload it.
Web pages, tickets and boarding passes
- In your browser, choose Print (on iPhone: Share โ Print), then Save as PDF, and upload that PDF. Many tickets and passes also have a Download PDF button.
